A 50% yield increase
in Greek olive orchards —
peer-reviewed.

Two field trials published in MDPI's Horticulturae journal in 2025 confirmed that kaolin clay applications measurably increased olive oil yield and quality in Greek orchards.

Trials on Koroneiki and Megaron cultivars showed that July application increased yield by over 50% under rainfed conditions and approximately 17% under irrigated conditions. All treated oils met EVOO certification standards at harvest.
